A new subsidiary of Babcock Power Environmental Inc., a fully integrated environmental company providing solutions to utility power plants, waste-to-energy facilities, and large industrial applications worldwide, has purchased substantially all of the assets of Geo-Synthetics, LLC (GSI), Waukesha, WI.
GSI is a leading installer of geosynthetic materials for industries such as energy, waste disposal, agricultural, and industrial. GSI has been providing this service since 1985. In addition, GSI offers a full range of erosion and sediment controls and fabricates GEOSTRUX™ geotextile tubes. GEOSTRUX™ geotextile tubes are utilized as a cost-effective solution for de-watering and material handling solutions. GEOSTRUX™ are produced using high strength woven fabrics which are manufactured to exacting standards by in-house fabrication.
