Orsted stakeholder Equinor has stuck by wind developer through a mega rights issue and now wants to take its seat on the board

Equinor is looking to take a seat on the Orsted board and assume a more active role in running the troubled Danish wind power developer after deciding to back its $9.4bn rights issue.
