It’s been more than 15 years since the Environmental Protection Agency dubbed an 11-mile stretch of the Willamette River as a Superfund site, and it’s just getting around to proposing a cleanup plan. Next week, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency expects to deliver its long-awaited recommendations for how to clean up the Portland Harbor Superfund site.
