38 members of the US Army Corps of Engineers participated in an “Introduction to Dredging” seminar organized by the Institute for Water Resources, USACOE, and held at the St. Paul District of the Corps.
The group traveled to Ellicott’s facility in nearby New Richmond, WI, to see how dredges are designed and built firsthand.
