Ellicott has just delivered and started up a Series 370 Dragon® dredge for a shrimp farm in Mexico’s Pacific Coast.
The Ellicott 370 dredge includes a 12” x 10” pump, installed power of 416 HP and can reach a maximum dredging depth of 10 meters (33 ft).
The dredge was acquired by an established shrimp farming operator, who chose an Ellicott® dredge because of its reputation for reliability and durability under heavy-duty conditions. The dredge will be utilized to remove sediment and maintain the ocean intake channel that feeds into their shrimp farm lagoons.
