Due to the overwhelming demand to exhibit and attend the upcoming Dredging Summit & Expo ’22 in Houston this July, we have been approved to add several more booths. If you would like to secure one of these booths, please make a reservation ASAP. Please provide your 1st and 2nd booth selections at the reservation check out.

BOOTH PRICING AND BENEFITS
- Tier I – $1,975 | Tier II – $2,175 | Double – $4,150 | Additional Booth Reps – $850
- Booths measure 8′ deep x 10′ wide or approximately 2.44 meters deep x 3 meters wide and include the following:
- One (1) conference registration (access to all meals, technical sessions, and social functions)
- Additional conference registrations for booth reps can be purchased for $850 (access to all meals, social functions, and technical sessions)
- 8′ high back wall, 3′ high side rail, wastebasket, and ID sign.
- 6′ x 30″ skirted table and two (2) side chairs
- Carpeting – The Expo Hall is the Houston Ballroom and has new plush carpet
- A listing in the program with logo and a brief company profile (max 75 words)
- A listing and logo in the WEDA Mobile App
- Wi-Fi inside the expo hall
- One (1) conference registration (access to all meals, technical sessions, and social functions)
- Additional Booth Representatives
- Each 10′ x 8′ booth includes one (1) representatives conference registration.
- Additional Booth Representatives can be added in the 2nd section of the online registration form for $850 each.
- Additional booth representatives are full conference registrations and will have access to all technical sessions, meals, functions, and social activities.
- Electrical and Table & Chair Upgrades
- Electrical for exhibitors are charged at $75 per day by the JW Marriott. If you would like WEDA to add electrical for Tuesday, July 26th and Wednesday, July 27th, please select “Add Electrical” for $150 and WEDA will coordinate a 5amp drop with a power strip to your booth.
- Replace the standard table and (2) chairs with a 30″ W x 40″ H Pedestal Table and (2) Bar Stools for an additional fee of $85.
- Ad Space in the program
- Full-page ad in program – $1000
- 1/2 page ad in program – $500
