Irondequoit, N.Y. — Dredging operations are taking place at the Irondequoit Bay Outlet starting Tuesday.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit says the operations will take up a large amount of space and could reduce visibility.
Deputies are asking boaters to be careful when traveling through the outlet.
The dredging work is expected to last two weeks.
