Today’s #MeetUsMonday introduces you to our corporate leadership team, who just invested a solid day of team building & leadership training (last Friday) at the newly opened TopGolf.
Company culture is important. It’s what commits people to the company cause and it’s what encourages people when things get tough. When a team can work well together, this translates to the company’s overall success. In a world focused on speed, DSC knows the importance of hitting the pause button once a quarter so our leadership team can do a reset. Without this, it’s easy to forget to take stock and commemorate wins and look on the quarter that has passed and talk about the highs and lows.
