Dredging Corporation of India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company approved by way of Resolution by Circulation the appointment of Dr. Shobha Waghmare and Sheila Sangwan as Additional (non-official part-time/Independent) Directors with effect from March 23, 2016 to hold charge till next AGM. This is in pursuance of Ministry of Shipping, Government of India letter dt March 21, 2016 communicating the appointment of Dr. Shobha Waghmare and Sheila Sangwan as non- official part-time Directors of the Company for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
