Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that Shri P. Jayapal, Director (Operations & Technical) has been relieved from the services of the Corporation w.e.f. May 29, 2015 A.N (as May 30, 2015 and May 31, 2015 being weekly off) on attaining the age of superannuation.
Shri M. S. Rao assumed charge as Director (Operations & Technical) w.e.f. June 01, 2015 vide Ministry of Shipping, Department of Shipping letter dt May 08, 2015 informing his appointment as Director (Operations & Technical) of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post on or after June 01, 2015, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
