Orion Marine has reported to the SEC that three members of senior management have recently been awarded almost 250,000 shares of company stock. As reported in Orion’s Notice and Proxy Statement dated April 10, 2020, Orion’s top three executives beneficially own 1,334,237 shares or 4.5% of the total outstanding.
CEO Mark Stauffer was awarded Performance Units on May 24, 2019, pursuant to which, as a result of the Company’s financial results for the four fiscal quarters ended June 20, 2020, he earned 168,750 shares of stock which will vest over time.
EVP and General Counsel Peter Buchler and CFO Robert Tabb accounted for the balance of approximately 80,000 shares.
