Last weekend I attended J.F. Brennan Company, Inc.’s annual party and celebrated our 100th anniversary. 500 of the greatest workforce and spouses I have ever had the pleasure to work with. It was amazing to see and hear the history (will be sharing more in future posts) and how a 4th generation family business has beaten the odds to grow and thrive. But Brennan is not just a family business but is, more importantly, a business of families.
