The Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority recently issued a circular, found in the attachment on the right, advising that dredging works have commenced on new terminal facilities at Takoradi port. As a result of the dredging activities, ships may experience delays in entering or leaving the port during March 2020.
Members whose ships are expected to call at Takoradi soon are invited to liaise with their appointed local agent to obtain further details.
