DEME: Share buyback programme (update 1 July 2024)

In accordance with the regulations, DEME Group NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buyback programme, as announced per 26 April 2024, the company reports today that during the period from 24 June 2024 until 28 June 2024 the following transactions took place:

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 29 April 2024, DEME Group NV has bought back 18,792 shares for a total amount of 2,983,678.20 euro. This corresponds to 41.76% of the programme completed.
