DEME: Share buyback program (Update July 7, 2025)

SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM UPDATE

In accordance with the regulations, DEME Group NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buyback program, as announced on April 16, 2025, the company reports today that during the period from June 30, 2025, until July 4, 2025, the following transactions took place:

Since the start of the share buy-back program on April 22, 2025, DEME Group NV has bought back 23,823 shares for a total amount of 3,210,957.00 euros. This corresponds to 59.56% of the program completed.
