Last week, we hosted an inspiring Women@DEME networking event, bringing together 180 colleagues. As a community dedicated to championing women at our company, we focused the evening on two powerful themes: leadership and courage.
Thank you to Marion Debruyne (she/her), Dean of Vlerick Business School, for the inspiring keynote. You challenged us with concepts like ‘tough love cultures’, ‘patient impatience’, and so much more.
