The Board of Directors of DEME has confirmed today that all conditions for the payment of dividends, as approved by the General Meeting, have been fulfilled.
The dividend calendar is confirmed as follows:
- 3 July 2023 Ex-dividend date
- 4 July 2023 Record date
- 10 July 2023 Dividend payment date
The gross dividend of 1.5 euros per share was previously approved by the General Meeting on 17 May 2023.
