DE Klop BV, a leading player in the dredge building sector, proudly announces the acquisition of ROHR-IDRECO. This significant strategic move comes shortly after the successful acquisition of Hollandsche IJssel, further strengthening DE Klop BV’s position in the international dredging industry and highlighting its ongoing commitment to growth and innovation. This strategic move is a crucial step towards the further growth of both companies and will enhance service delivery for customers in the dredging and mining markets.
ROHR-IDRECO, based in Doetinchem (the Netherlands), has its roots in the wet mining industry, and focuses on fully electric driven dredges. The company has been active in the wet mining industry for decades and has delivered hundreds of dredge systems worldwide, especially in Europe and the Americas. In addition to the engineering and manufacturing of complete dredges, the company has its own high efficiency “iPump” dredge pump series, ranging from 200 to 1100 mm inlet, which perfectly complements the pump line of DE Klop/Hollandsche IJssel. This synergy provides customers with access to an even wider range and variety of pumps.
