Dredging of the Cooper River continued Thursday right up to the deadline, but Camden County officials are not saying whether the job is finished.
A dredge ban begins Friday to accommodate fish spawning season through June 30.
“The dredge will be out of the water April 1,” Camden County spokesman Dan Keashen promised.
