Christina Bolling Named Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

RESERVE, LOUISIANA – Christina Bolling was named Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of DSC Dredge, LLC. She was promoted after serving five years as DSC Dredge Corporate Human Resources Director where she has fostered an integrated culture throughout DSC headquarters and two production facilities in Greenbush, Michigan and Poplarville, Mississippi. Bolling’s background experience of Human Resources, Leadership Development and Operations provide substantial knowledge and expertise as she reinforces each DSC department’s performance to be the best of their abilities.

Bolling’s areas of responsibility include Human Resources, Marketing, Safety/Environmental, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Corporate Administration and Leadership Development. Over the past 20 years, Bolling’s leadership experience includes work in the hospitality and industrial manufacturing fields and ranges from small, privately owned companies and start-up companies to international entertainment organizations. Her wide range of business experience and abilities will serve DSC well as she reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Bolling’s experience and leadership at DSC Dredge represent her daily professional responsibilities. In addition to these, however, she is also co-owner of an executive consulting firm, Winning Work Teams, Inc., and is active with nonprofit organizations including Dress for Success Worldwide, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and Volunteer Vixens. She is an artist and owner of Rhythms of Grace Gallery.

One of four sisters, Bolling shares, “Family is central to me and among my goals at DSC is to help nurture a family friendly culture.” She also said, “I am excited about my own future with DSC and with our expanding company’s future.
