After an extensive local and national search, the Port of Portland has named Antoinette Chandler its new chief financial officer. She will oversee accounting, capital finance and debt management, budget, financial planning and analysis, audit and risk functions. Chandler has more than 20 years of banking and investment experience in both the private and public sectors; she previously served as assistant treasurer for the County of Los Angeles for nearly three years.
