David Mickaelson Samosir will talk about the impact of the convex pattern placed on the bottom part of the pipe on mixture flow assurance and behavior. This paper is among the first to experimentally assess convex wear-mitigation patterns under wet slurry transport. It reveals a trade-off between localized wear protection and hydraulic efficiency, offering new insights into wear protection in dredging pipelines.
