CHARLESTON, SC (WCIV) — A Canadian-based logistics company plans to establish a facility in Charleston County, investing $16 million into the facility and creating 85 new jobs.
According to a press release, Ray-Mont Logistics, which serves as a one-stop shop for logistical needs, will set up shop on 1000 Remount Road in North Charleston.
They expect the facility to be completed by this spring, and they are currently offering jobs on the company’s careers webpage.
Charleston County was also awarded a $750,000 Set-Aside grant to assist with costs related to the project.
