The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) and the Town of Greenwich is considering implementing of a study to look at ways to prevent the Bryam River from flooding.
A public meeting is being held this week to give the public an opportunity to raise issues, concerns and ideas regarding the proposed study and its environmental impacts.
The town will accept comments, concerns and information related to the proposal until Dec. 15. Following the comment period, the ACOE will prepare a draft environmental impact study.
When: Thursday, Nov. 16, 7-9 p.m.
