Board of Duke Offshore Approves Foray into Dredging Sector

The Board of Duke Offshore on May 30 has approved the company to enter into the dredging sector for deepening and widening of rivers, inland waterways and other associated areas. The Board has also recommended issue of bonus shares subject to AGM and other mandatory approvals.
