Dutch engineering and consultancy firm Arcadis (ARCAY.PK, ARCVF.PK) Thursday said its unit ARCADIS UK Investments B.V has received approval from the German Federal Cartel Office for the cash acquisition of Hyder Consulting plc.
The notice, which the company received on September 17, stated that the acquisition is not prohibited and so may be put into effect.
Earlier, Arcadis U.K had announced its plans to buy the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Hyder Consulting not already held by Arcadis at 750 pence per Hyder Share.
