Announcing the 2025 Trimble Asset Lifecycle Management Award Winners

Posted on October 20, 2025

WESTMINSTER, Colo., October 17, 2025 — Trimble today announced this year’s winners of the Trimble Asset Lifecycle Management Awards. This program recognizes organizations that are making a positive impact in their industries and communities through progressive use of digital construction and asset lifecycle management technologies.

Trimble owner and public sector solutions include a unified suite of software applications used by municipalities, departments of transportation and private organizations to manage the construction, operations and maintenance of infrastructure assets.

The Trimble Asset Lifecycle Management Awards recognize winners across four categories. The Infinity Award category recognizes the best-in-class organizations that embody excellence in capital program and infrastructure asset lifecycle management. Additional awards categories — Excellence, Growth and Trailblazer — highlight the diverse ways the public sector is harnessing digital technologies to advance capital improvement and infrastructure management.

Best-in-Class Infinity Award Winners:

  • The Detroit (MI) Water and Sewage Department created a single source of truth for real-time visibility and data-driven accountability across their ecosystem leveraging Trimble’s asset lifecycle management solutions. This enabled a proactive approach to asset management through capital and operations funded work, resulting in improved asset reliability and fewer water main breaks.
  • The City of South San Francisco (CA) modernized its on-premise Cityworks software environment by migrating to the cloud-based Trimble UnityTM Maintain software solution. The move enabled the option for 100% mobile field operations and improved stewardship of taxpayer resources by helping to resolve more than 72,000 citizen service requests to date.
  • The City of Lawrence (KS) leveraged Trimble solutions to streamline capital improvement programming and maintenance operations, integrate financial and reporting systems and maximize efficiency with limited staff.

“Congratulations to the three 2025 Infinity Award winners for their impressive digital innovations that are delivering exceptional benefits within their communities,” said Cyndee Hoagland, senior vice president, owner and public sector at Trimble. “These honorees achieved meaningful outcomes — boosting efficiency, affordability, asset performance and sustainability — by connecting data, teams and workflows across the entire asset lifecycle.”

Trimble hosted a special ceremony for the 2025 Asset Lifecycle Management Award winners during the Trimble Innovate User Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, Oct. 15 – 17. Nearly 1,200 Trimble customers, business partners and other industry leaders gathered at the Salt Palace Convention Center to explore strategies and solutions for asset lifecycle management — a comprehensive approach to efficiently managing infrastructure assets from their inception to their long-term operation and maintenance.

Trimble Asset Lifecycle Management Award nominations are open only to Trimble customers, with submissions accepted from customers, business partners and staff. A seven-member committee of senior Trimble leaders selected the 2025 winners through multiple rounds of blind, criteria-based scoring.
