Alabama Shipyard LLC,* Mobile, Alabama, was awarded an $11,466,912 firm-fixed-price contract to drydock and repair the Dredge Wheeler. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Mobile, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 6, 2024. Fiscal 2024 civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $11,466,912 were obligated at the time of the award.
