The appointment of Juan Duarte as Executive President of AAPA Latin America, the first Latin American to lead the organization, and the return of Argentine Zulma Dinelli and the PR Ports team to manage the AAPA Latam 2025 annual event, mark a new chapter in the Association’s leadership in this part of the continent.
The institution’s revival encompasses ports from Mexico to the southernmost tip of the Southern Cone, bringing with it a new Board of Directors, a renewed structure, and programs specifically designed to meet the needs of Latin American ports, with the goal of improving their competitiveness and contributing to economic growth.
